Although, um, these are confusing and depressing. We'll go with the downer first:

And now, the one that, even though I've read it several times, still doesn't make sense.
TO BE CHOSEN TO LEAD IS
AN HONOR TO BE ACCEPTED
NOT A POSTITION TO OCCUPY

Oh!! Got it. See, I was (mistakenly) putting a period after "honor". I think it's still worded oddly, but, hey, so is half the stuff I write.
