Of course, it depends on what you're trying to achieve, but this is not necessarily a weakness. For example, this blog post was brief and to the point, yet I feel like I fully understand the content. Any more explanation might be superfluous.
What's kinda funny is when I originally was writing that entry, I thought about including that another of my weaknesses is that I oftentimes over explain (or at least, feel like I'm over explaining). You know, almost like now.
